We provide our clients support 24/7. Many situations can be diagnosed and corrected from our remote customer service center, while others may require us to come to your site. Either way, our certified technicians and engineers are equipped with the latest technology to respond quickly to services calls.


Emergency Service / After Hours Support

Call CenterBCS is available for support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our round the clock response commitment is designed to deal with customers’ needs during and after normal business hours. If you’re calling after hours you won’t be greeted by an answering machine but by a professional “live” operator. You’ll be able to relate your problem to them and if your call requires immediate attention we have trained technicians standing-by to assist you either over the phone or at your site.
